My husband and I already have our boat stored here. So when our Father in Law needed a unit, he came here! Tony Gonzalez is the best!! We went for the first time with Dad and we had the wrong unit, thank goodness Tony was there AFTER hours and helped us out! FIVE stars for customer service!

I have been storing my travel trailer on private property and was just told that after this month we needed to find a new place for storage. I checked around town only to find out that most places charge $200 + for storage. I was looking for a outdoor parking spot that was 21 inches long. I happen to call the Extra Space Storage that was closest to me and spoke with Kiki. She was awesome I told her that the price was too high and that I would continue my search. I have use the storage facility for many years now and I'm incredibly happy with both the cleanliness and the staff. I have never found problems accessing the facility or getting an elevator to work. The rates are reasonable but the best part is that the staff is so nice and helpful

We couldn't be happier with a storage facility -- and it was because of the staff. From beginning to end, we got great rates and really good customer service. Maria is AWESOME! She helped us with everything from dollies to trash to band-aids. She even worked it out so the facility would keep a key for us (we have a production company and from the East Coast). This was so, so easy. Thank you guys - and especially, thank you Maria. :)

Extra Space Storage on Galleria in Henderson, NV has been very impressive. Maria, Manger is very kind and professional. She assisted me in determining the size and type of storage space we needed, ensured our reservation was in place and followed up.
