I've rented with Extra Space Storage whenever I've needed storage space. Since the pandemic, storage rates have increased significantly throughout the industry. I appreciate the staff at Extra Space Storage working on rates comfortable for me. Additionally, the staff is friendly, professional and responsive. The facility is always clean. Carts are available most of the time, and fellow renters respect one another. These are reasons why I choose five stars.

So far a nice place very clean. Great tour of the facility before renting and lovely staff at the front desk. Great deals ! Denise was great!

I'm not that happy that the rates have increased over the last year and a half. We have been here. The facility always seems kept up and the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because it smells like weed in the driveways all the time!! Is this place a grow facility? Awful.

I stop by to inquire about vehicle storage. I spoke to Owen. He was very helpful, courteous, informative and professional. although I won't need the vehicle storage not until July, because of Owen I am seriously considering in storing my car at this ExtraSpace Storage location. Great experience overall! I chose them based on these reviews after having experienced not so great places in the past. It's nice and clean, well organized and safe facility. I felt good leaving all my stuff there. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes any move go smoother. I even got a great mover referral from them too. I'll definitely be recommending them for anyone who needs storage.

I have been a customer here for over a year, and was looking to get another storage to sort out my stuff before moving it back to California. Moving can be so stressful, but Owen made it simple and easy for me. He listened, than tried to get me the best rates possible.
