Very exceptional
Very clean, friendly service, easy access and conveniently located
Overall move-in was easy. My only recommendation would be to explain the passcode requirements, you have to press * then the passcode then #. All that was given to me was the passcode so it took me a minute to figure out the */# sequence.
Great customer service! Maria and her staff did all they could to help me and I greatly appreciate it during such a hard time!
Office staff was GREAT every step of the process. The took the time to show me the unit and explained everything about the property.

Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Fair prices. The young lady in the office even helped me back my RV into the space I rented. THAT was above and beyond her job description, but she did it with a smile. I highly recommend the Galleria location.
