This place is awesome! Melanie was very accommodating and nice when I signed up for my storage space. Even when I changed my mind in getting a bigger space. I signed up for a 10 x 10 unit not realizing I needed more space. She was very helpful and patient with me. She was very happy to change my unit to a bigger space. I recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family. Kristina was awesome as well, she was extremely helpful.

Ms. Riley was very helpful during my application process. When the card reader went down mid application she used her quick and savvy reflexes to restart the card reader. She was very informative on the lease contacts that she left me with no questions needing to be asked. I truly thank her for all her knowledge!

Melanie Kepler helped me today she was very polite and help me get my storage quick. The place is professional and clean I recommend coming here for storages. There's a lot of great size storage available here I recommend this place
I had little interaction with the staff at the facility; however, what interaction I had was professional and polite. The facility was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. It is located in a residential neighborhood which might be an issue for some. The price was about average for storage in Livermore. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.
