I was referred to Extra Space Storage after some frustrating issues with Public Storage that I even tried to resolve with the company's district manager. I must say so far that Kristina and Jensy have been extremely professional and helpful. Unlike Public Storage, they honored the advertised on-line rental special as well as gave my referring friend a billing credit. The best service I have ever had from a storage place. Outstanding customer service from Jensy & Kristina. I walked in to check prices so I could compare, and they qere both very happy to show me around. The facility was very clean and well taken care of. I came in the next day and rented two units. Public storage had units for $1 for the first mo, however I came back to Extra Space because of the customer service. The have two ppl there that do a very good job. I would recommend this place to anyone. Jason
This place is the biggest rip off and waste of time I started at 130 2 years ago now at over 280 they raise the rent like sole less slumlords. Every time I turn around these lowlifes raise it again and again.

STAFF at facility is great as for the corperate alls they do is raise your rent at least twice a year my rent started at 303 and has more than doubled to almost 700 havent left yet for i have a 10x 30 full and no were to put it other than that nice facility and great staff this is at the livermore facility

*PLEASE WATCH VIDEO AND PHOTOS* I can't believe this place gets high reviews maybe for a friendly front desk lady but that is absolutely it. I have had a unit here for about a year and a half and the price went up over 4 different times without any warning. Please believe all the other reviews similar to mine. On top of them taking all your money the unit isn't even worth it unless you want most of your prized possessions and irreplaceable pictures to be eaten and desecrated with rat piss and poop.
