The girl at the front kristina was very helpful she closed my account with ease... super cute too
I was moving to another city. Unfortuately, with my busy schedule I was unable to go down to the city that I was moving to, to secure my unit. Fortunately, I was able to stop by to the Northfront location near my work to secure the unit I had in a different city. Kristina and Nique were very welcoming and provided GREAT customer service. Sheesh, these girls need a promotion... raise... or somethin!!!
The Office personnel is extremely professional and very helpful. They are very friendly and take the time to ensure that you are taken care of, understood, informed and feel welcome to remedy any issue that may come up.

I was there yesterday looking a place where I'll storage my furniture this place is super clean and has it looks very secure. The girl who help me was very helpful showing different sizes of the storage so thank you,Jensy Pineda great service.
An update to my review~ our problems were resolved and the lighting is no longer an issue. We were give a small discount on one months rent for the inconvenience. Should also add that we are pleased with the outcome.

Extra Space is great! It was such a breeze to come in and set everything up. The two young women at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, and gave me lots of great advice on places to eat in the area, since I'm new here. Thanks for the great service!
