Please Do Not rent from this facility. I had been renting there for a year and all was fine until I got behind on my bill. When the employee & witness cut my lock and put there lock on. I sell women's high end and vintage designer clothing, jewelry and accessories. They internally Stole All My Jewelry cases filled with silver pieces worth thousands of dollars, semi precious stone pieces, vintage pieces, my $2000 Louis Vuitton Shoulder Purse, designer clothing, a suitcase filled with my personal clothes which are large size,... read more

I would avoid this place at all costs, initially you're getting a good price but it won't last for long. My first increase came not even 6 months after followed by another increase 6 months after. I called corporate since I was unable to get in contact with the manager, after I was told I wouldn't have another increase until after a year this time. Fast forward to a couple of months before a year has gone another increase. The new manager just called me back and she was extremely rude, they went up the last time without even... read more

I have only had a storage unit with them for five months and already they raised my rate. I called them to ask about it and they were not very helpful. I guess I have to start looking for a better place to move all my stuff to...

These place is a rip off. I was with the previous company until ExtraSpace took over. I had this storage place since 2007. They raise their fee constantly!! Just this month they raised it from $73 to $78, and this December 1st they are raising it to $85, and this is for the smallest space. An increase of $12 in 2 months. What a bunch of crooks!!!!!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this company. I was burglarized twice here and had thousands of dollars work of personal belongings and family heirlooms stolen. They even stole my daughters tricycle! Camera's are everywhere but I guaranty you when you are robbed the management will say that there was "nothing on the video". I could go on and on about the sub standard hasps they use on the doors and in my case only drywall screws were used secure the door. Stay away from Extra Space Storage and when you do rent 'somewhere else'... read more

My experience with Extra Storage ended. I didnt need it any longer. Give them a 2 day notice. I didl not get any refund for unused days.. They kept $83.00. Very unfair.

(Update 10/19/2015 - my rent was raised again by $28 a month for Oct! It's corporate greed and they don't give a darn about their customers. I finally moved my belongings out of Extra Space to a WONDERFUL Independently owned storage facility down the street "U-Store".) The Extra Space website for this facility will only post "positive" reviews. I wrote a NON-positive review and it was not posted - which is why I am posting my comments here. Find another place for your storage needs!! I moved my things in Feb 2013. My rate... read more

I should have read my friends review before moving all my stuff into this place. I asked about them raising the price and they said they don't well as soon as they had the chance they did. Do not believe the BS story, they will keep upping the rate.

I dont like the fact that their pricing is so all over the place, which makes them look sneeky. In my previous review, I had spoke with Brandi. Below, I cut and pasted the paragraph about our conversation, that I will be updating and commenting on and why there are now 2 stars. XXX She quoted me $161.00 for the unit I wanted, I said, but I saw it for $138.00 thats why I called. She said oh I can do that for you but for $137.00. I said ok great, but is the price going to go up after a certain amount of time? or gradually... read more
