This place is absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off. they have raised the price easily more than 4 times in a year. For paying over 500$ for a unit it's complete BS to be having to file a claim for a leaking roof that damaged our property

Renter beware -- I have rented for only one year and my monthly premium has gone up 53%. They lure you in with low rates then jack up the premiums. This is my 3rd rate increase in 13 months.

This place is clean but they allow people to stay in their cars with their storage units open all day if they want. ( basically camping ). But the worst is how once you get all your stuff in place they will raise your rate. Not once but consistently because they know it's a pain to move. It might be hard to move but it's easy to warn others

Do not store there. They raise prices constantly and the manager just called after I moved out to tell me my unit wasn't consider vacant until I moved a shelf. Because their units don't have shelves It was there when I moved in !!!! And then she called me rude because I said she should know what is in their units. Also they have trucks parked every where including someone living there.

I've become totally disappointed with this company. It's business practice and customer care model is callously abusive and unfair. Should you bw a prospective customer (s), BE WARNED !!!

WARNING WARNING Read this before considering these guys. i needed to wait until i got my money from them to post this. storage was broken into. probably an inside job. strangely replaced by their very own locks that are tampered but covered with their sticker to look like they're untouched. til this day never got an apology. i wrote a report immediately at the front office. however, they refused to give me a copy. other units were broken into as well... all the ones INSIDE hidden from the cameras. gave a detailed list of wha... read more

Please Do Not rent from this facility. I had been renting there for a year and all was fine until I got behind on my bill. When the employee & witness cut my lock and put there lock on. I sell women's high end and vintage designer clothing, jewelry and accessories. I would avoid this place at all costs, initially you're getting a good price but it won't last for long. My first increase came not even 6 months after followed by another increase 6 months after. I called corporate since I was unable to get in contact with the manager, after I was told I wouldn't have another increase until after a year this time.
