BRIE and CHAR are great storage managers. They got me the size of unit I wanted at a great price. This place is very convenient to freeways they keep it very clean and the restrooms are very very clean I highly recommend this location. Ed Z

I have rented from a few different storage companies in my life and this Extra Space Storage facility makes the others seem inferior. Especially with the level of customer service Char gives. She takes the time to walk you around the facility and will continue to do so until you find the unit that will suit your needs. She is thorough, patient and kind. She deserves more than 5 stars as does the facility itself.
This facility is extremely clean and the customer service is exceptional, to say the least. Char is a very kind lady and has always ensured that our needs are met. She goes way out of her way for her customers and is extremely patient and understanding. Hope to see her running this place one day. She is that good and she definitely knows what she is doing. Keep up the good work!!

Extra Space Storage is the cleanest and best situated location i have found in the north valley. Even though I arrived late in the day to do my paperwork and sign my lease Dan still took the time to show me the unit and then completed the paperwork effortlessly in record time and for this I am thankful! Extra Storage Space was easy to locate, VERY clean and Organized. The prices were great, the staff friendly and knew the answers to all my questions. They also had some supplies very valuable when moving into a storage facility - like a set of locks... I completely forgot I would need locks. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I took three days to call around the San Fernando valley and Simi Valley to find a unit for one year, small unit; but i did not want to pay over a hundered a month!! extra space has amazing customer service! a gentleman from one of there locations took the time to find me a unit within my budget and in the area that i wanted!!! he also found discounts to help out as well!!! i moved in for 22$!!! BEST DEAL IN THE VALLEY!!!! again great customer service over the phone and in person. Thank you extra space!!!!
Having shopped around for storage space, I find this one competitive and useful. In other words it is doing the job : providing protected storage space with no frills and no worries. I don't see any problem there and I am quite happy with the service being rendered.
