I've had a storage unit here since 2016. I can't say enough about the excellent staff here. They have been so helpful and treat me like a valued customer. "Shar" or "Char" has been helping me for years. I even got another storage unit for my mom. Shoutout to Jake! He helped me transfer to a smaller unit recently. The whole process was quick and painless. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I truly appreciate the staff here. Keep up the good work!

I recently rented a storage space for the 1st time and spoke with Jake at the location here in Chatsworth. I can tell you I was extremely impressed with his ability to articulate all the details I needed to know in a very thorough and expeditious manner with utmost professionalism. My experience here was incredible. I reserved online and got a call the next day from Jake to finish renting out the space. His customer service skills were amazing. It was my first time renting out a storage unit and he took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. As for the place itself, it is in a good location and there are cameras. I highly recommend

First this place is a GEM to rent from its opened until 9pm and easy access. The place is well managed and the staff is very kind and friendly. Due to Covid they are not charging late fees or doing auctions at this time which all of us out here could use that kind of break. I've been at many storage places and this one keeps me coming back mostly because of the staff it keeps. I've had my storage unit for a year or so now and I didn't think I'd fill up my 5x15 space but I was mistaken. With no space to walk and more incoming work supplies I needed a bigger unit. I called the office and spoke with Jake. He was definitely helpful and found a larger unit for a great price. Ive never had a problem with the customer service here, they have always been friendly and helpful.

I dealt with Shar this morning she was awesome. The process to get a unit was simple . I got 20 by 25 size They gave me one month free. !! Great deals , good customer service

BRIE and CHAR are great storage managers. They got me the size of unit I wanted at a great price. This place is very convenient to freeways they keep it very clean and the restrooms are very very clean I highly recommend this location. Ed Z

I have rented from a few different storage companies in my life and this Extra Space Storage facility makes the others seem inferior. Especially with the level of customer service Char gives. She takes the time to walk you around the facility and will continue to do so until you find the unit that will suit your needs. She is thorough, patient and kind. She deserves more than 5 stars as does the facility itself.

This facility is extremely clean and the customer service is exceptional, to say the least. Char is a very kind lady and has always ensured that our needs are met. She goes way out of her way for her customers and is extremely patient and understanding. Hope to see her running this place one day. She is that good and she definitely knows what she is doing.
