They made scheduling and purchasing a storage unit for the summer super easy! Very flexible and have materials for purchase in the store. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean.

We moved out of the storage space and everything went smoothly. I noticed that there were many more security camera monitor screens on the front office wall since the last time I was in there. Over the past few months, there have been improvements made to this site and it seems more secure now than it was when things were stolen from our storage unit. Neil thanks for helping me out. Quick and easy set up with first month free!! Service was really good I got to view the area before signing up. Defiantly will use them again.
Even though his shift had ended, Neal got me signed up in ready to move in within 30 minutes. Just bring a lock or buy and you're good to go! Neal was a real nice guy and so far the unit and the facilities seem very clean.
1. Bring your own lock or buy one here for 15bucks. 2. Take a picture of your key code so you don't lose it. 3. If your storing things long term get a plastic piece from Robert to put under door so the street sweeper doesn't throw dust in your unit. 4. Get in get out move on. Don't store things that end up costing you more money to store then it is to sell and buy new stuff.
Robert was GREAT! What a pleasure. I was having a tough day, it was hard to be upset around him. Positive, upbeat, considerate and helpful. The units are convenient, clean and well maintained. Fast easy check in and more reasonable then most I called. Thanks Robert
Great service! Staff was quick and polite. I went from searching online to reserving and taking a look in person within minutes. Moving in was hassle free. They were so accommodating to let my friends in and out of the gate without a code for the move. Looking forward to a good relationship in the future!
I was a new customer and was pleased with the clean, secure and professional environment. It's a bit pricey, but I decided to rent it anyway.
As a new customer my experience with the Extra Storage staff was excellent. The current rates seem fair. The facility has a security system. I haven't seen any homeless renters here as mention by an earlier yelper! This is my first storage rental unit and I hope it all goes well.
