I moved my property into Extra Space early this month and the help I received from Neal was much needed and very much appreciated after a difficult out of state move. Neal's staff was also very helpful as was their visiting attendant from another location. I didn't need to pay a deposit to reserve the unit and I was able to have a little extra time to move in my things. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends. Do not trust this facility with your belongings. Our travel trailer was stolen from this location despite their "secure" gates and cameras. The manager, Neal, initially refused to release footage to police and later provided incomplete video under a different case number. Even though two cameras directly faced our storage spot, that footage was never shared. None of the footage provided showed our trailer leaving the lot, despite the gate cameras being fully functional. This place offers only a false sense of security. Nea... read more

My first experience was with David from the Extra Space Storage on Laurelwood, and he was extremely helpful. Although they didn't have the specific size we needed, he went out of his way to help us find a 10x10 unit at the De La Cruz Blvd location, where Teresa assisted us. Horrible place got my unit broken into and was never even notified, they say they do lock checks but that was made clear that they do it when they feel like.

Neil tried his best to alleviate the situation. Teresa is the worst!!!!! Extremely rude & defensive over the phone. I went in to the office & wow. Such a rude & negative person. Kept interjecting when I was talking to the manager. Let Gods love into your heart. Laughing at a customer who is frustrated with the situation? Our unit was broken into in February. After 3 years of having 2 units here and the rent just going up and up and calling to ask why they just blew me off and mind you my company was paying for this expense so I was trying to keep it some what under control the management at the location was sub par. In the last 4 months my storage has been robbed for everything valuable that I own. The robber didn't just come once, I've got robbed twice!! Once in April and once in August. The worker/ manger told me it's maybe it's an inside job and they are trying to investigate. So I decided that this place is not reliable, not safe and I began to move out.
