When I came to the facility it was very clean and the people working there were friendly. I don't mean to discount what previous posters are saying but from my experience during my last visit, i feel pretty confident in my rental.

I needed a storage to take care of my brother's belongings. I'm from 7 hours drive away. Renting and payment were seamless, along with electronic signature for the lease. Took me a month to finally get up there and I got a courtesy call from Kirk inquiring why I had not yet been there and to see if anything was wrong. Nothing wrong, just limited time. I rented a temperature controlled storage unit in this location for more than two years now. The manager, Kirk is always helpful and super awesome. The storage is always clean, there's always plenty dolly At the entrance to help me load and unload the car. And the price is very competitive compared to other storage unit.

Theses is by far the cleanest storage unit I've ever rented from along with the excellent costumer service I was received Cathy was very present and didn't skip any details I would recommend this place to anybody Thankyou
I rented a storage here for about 3 months and all these months no problem the rent here is expensive but cheap at the same time it's a very safe location the staff here were very friendly with us very talkative always willing to give a help and a hand the staff were so kind it was unbelievable if I ever need a storage and I'm around this area I will look into renting with them for sure and I would deffinetly recommend this place
Ray Sherrie and Kathy Thomas singlehandedly made my most recent move less that horrific- which, if juxtaposed against my previous moves, means they just short of literally moved mountains to move us in. Thanks!!
