What went well? EVERYTHING. To the unit, the check in process, the accommodations I mean I could go on. I want to take a moment to thank Brady and the other gentlemen who unfortunately, I did not grab his name, but they were outstanding!! I highly highly recommend this storage facility to supply your storage needs. Thank you to you BOTH!

Ellie is a fantastic help; very customer conscious and very helpful... She helped me through a mishap of my own making and saved me time and extra cost... I highly recommend this location as this has been my only issue here, again of my own making...excellent communication and customer relations...

Barney was super helpful with getting me move in and move out, a really nice guy. Everything was a breeze, once I forgot my code but it was even easier to open the door with their app. I had a great experience, would recommend.

Conveniently located and a good price. Site is clean and has climate controlled units. Attendant was pleasant, not rushed and knew what he was doing and took us for a tour.

I received excellent service from Sonya in the call center, who helped me with my reservation, and respected my budget. Once at the location, Debora was patient and answered all of my questions. Truly excellent auto ER service. I must say I would not have rented here if I had I read the other reviews first- but I do feel like the property is making efforts to turn the place around. There are now cameras inside, and I saw no evidence of rodents. Truth is that could happen at any storage facility. Hopefully they'll continue... read more
I Highly recommend this place I usually don't give reviews but I'm so satisfied with Mar how he handled my situation right away, I'm very satisfied customer . I started using Extra Space Storage in Redwood City when we had moved into our tiny apartment. The online rental process was really easy. They have exceptional customer service and are very accommodating. They will call if they see something strange with your unit (like if it was unlock) or if your account had an issue and try to work with you to resolve. I highly recommend this location!
