Wow, I have been here off and on over the past 12 years, but no longer. The new manager Megan is rude and lazy. This place use to be clean and in working order. David was great about maintaining the property, but since Megan took over I don't think the halls have been swept once. Have leased with them several years. Hit with Significant rent increases every 6 months. They do not honor some of their advertising gimmicks of free rent or 1/2 free rent at move in . renters of space are encouraged to move out due to their rent increases and there are several other businesses in the area that rent for less and do not have the aggressive $$$ increase policy. I'm a very disappointed customer. My husband and I lost our house which forced us to have to need a storage unit. Because of financial reason we search for the place with the best deal. Online Extra space storage bet other local companies by a few dollars. The person on the phone was very nice so we went with them. This is how they sucker you in.....it's all a SCAM!!! I've been with this spot for almost a year now, and I have to say I'm thoroughly displeased with it. First off, the folks at the front desk are not very friendly. My coworker lodged a couple of complaints about the lady that works there and not only has the woman approached me awkwardly a number of time, she has since threatened to throw my coworker out.
