Do not use! There are rats on the property . Seems clean on the outside , but they are not being diligent about rodent control . Moved out of space after a year and a lot of money . Several items damaged. No one called back. Very disappoined.

First, the good part. The place is clean, convenient, and appears secure. Now the bad part. After renting a unit for six months, I received notice of a 60% rate increase - $127/month to $208/month. . An increase like that indicates that you think your customers are hostage and will not undertake the effort to move when you impose laughable price increases. While the facilities are clean, and climate controlled, their prices are ridiculous. I rented a small 4 x 4 for $81.00 a year ago, After 4 months, they jacked the price up to $91.00. Now I get another notice last month that they've raised the rates AGAIN! So twice inside of one year I have been handed rate hikes. I now have to pay $98.00, and they NEVER offered me the one month for free that is advertised on the giant banner hanging off their building. The building is alright, quick to get to. Elevators break all the time, cockroaches roam the place, there place smells sometimes, since they fixed the elevator you get high with the smell of glue, their key pads break all the time and they are terrible at fixing them. They will raise your rent constantly. If you are in autopay you won't notice. There were 4 raises in price for my unit in 15 months approximately. It is actually impressive how much of a jerk the woman who works here is. I am so glad I never have to see her again. She is just rude, condescending, and will waste a huge amount of your time. They try to force you into buying insurance for the unit. Your normal renters insurance will probably cover this, so you do not need to pay extra for it. I'm giving them a single star just because I have to select one before posting. If I could, I would have given them zero stars for the crappy service they provide. Check this out. They advertise in the front of their facility that they have a first month free deal. Yet when we went in to enquire, they said it was at the managers discretion. ..LOL!. They won't stop emailing me, requesting a review so here goes: Pros: Friendly staff, nice facility, clean and climate controlled. Cons: Employing bait and hook tactics (Largely wrong unit advertisements online), don't really honor their first month free policy. charge a "mandatory" insurance premium each month that they claim they legally have to do but I've never heard of such a thing (maybe I'm wrong about this one). Kathy at the front desk is very nice and reasonable. Meagan used to be very irritable and rude, but has since changed and is more professional. As much as I like the convenience and unit it seems that corporate lures you in with low rates and then asap raises the rent. I am paying $560.00 now for a unit that started out at $340.00. Horrible customer service. Constantly malfunctioning equipment such as keypad entry, exit gates, magnets to hold door open, hard to use carts, etc. Do not use this place!
