Sheldon, Ricky and Ashley are amazing employees! I had a dispute with my former boss who had me get him a storage unit so the storage unit is in my name although he pays for the storage unit... So when he neglected to give me my final check, I changed the locks on his storage unit. He became very upset with the employees for not allowing him access to the storage unit, but the storage unit is in my name it doesn't matter who pays for it. Spoke with Martha on the phone, in reference to extending the contract on my storage unit. At first, I was disappointed to learn of the rent increase that would apply to my monthly charges, but I stated my desire for her to do what she could to lessen the amount if possible. She needed to get approval for this adjustment, but when she returned my call, I was extremely pleased and grateful for her efforts.
