Sheldon, Ricky and Ashley are amazing employees! I had a dispute with my former boss who had me get him a storage unit so the storage unit is in my name although he pays for the storage unit... So when he neglected to give me my final check, I changed the locks on his storage unit. He became very upset with the employees for not allowing him access to the storage unit, but the storage unit is in my name it doesn't matter who pays for it. Spoke with Martha on the phone, in reference to extending the contract on my storage unit. At first, I was disappointed to learn of the rent increase that would apply to my monthly charges, but I stated my desire for her to do what she could to lessen the amount if possible. She needed to get approval for this adjustment, but when she returned my call, I was extremely pleased and grateful for her efforts. I just got it so I really can't say to much because I really don't know yet but for the most part the prices are good so far the customer service is excellent we'll find out how the storage place is if it's good or not within a month or two I'll let you know otherwise that's so far everything's okay nothing bad before everything's to what it says it is we'll find out later on more I give it a four thumbs

I'm between moving and popped in at a friends suggestion. Richard the assistant manager helped my family with the information and was professional as he explained and broke down how it all worked, I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.
