I am grateful to the staff of Extra Space storage for moving me to a smaller unit in keeping with my budget as rates increased., while I continued to remove items from my original move storage locker . They listened to my lament and found a solution ! I think that is good business and they retained me as a customer! I think Angela and Mason were super kind and efficient! I moved stuff from storage in Miami, FL. The unit is bigger & cheaper than the Miami unit. Location is great for me. Employees are helpful.
