I have been renting storage space from you for close to a year or maybe over a year and I've had nothing but a positive experience with your staff. The location is a tough one but it's indicative of the area: Downtown Las Vegas. Although that is the case, I never felt unsafe. I'm moving out of state so I no longer need the space but I appreciate the professional staff and they were always pleasant, kind and helpful.

Visited the Grand Teton location yesterday in Las Vegas. Renting a storage unit was exceptionally easy. Prior to physically going to the location my wife had spoken to Jenny and was impressed with how nice and professional she was. When I arrived Jenny went out of her way to explain the layout of the business, actually accompanying me to our actual rental unit. This is a state of the art storage property. Started off with Tracy. She recommended that we go to a different location in Compton There we spoke with Renee, who is a very very friendly lady. She got my mom through the process while I listened on the phone from another state. Renee made it very easy to understand. Overall, the process was very convenient and simple . Thanks ladies.
Angela provided me with extravagant customer service. She has the most professional and presidential personality. I was welcomed with emaculate customer service. I would advise anyone who come to town to utilize this Storage location. It is well maintained and extremely secure that is highly important. The prices are the best ever. No other storage unit can even compare. I made a great decision and I Super Happy.

Storage unit is good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Pricing.. eh, not so much. We've been with this storage company for a year and a half and have moved from one unit to another just trying to avoid the price hikes that happen every couple of months. You get a promotional rate and then a couple of months later they significantly increase the cost monthly. Finally decided to move out today as we were paying almost $200/ month for a 9x10 unit. They don't do anything to try to keep your business.

My first day of success trying self storage auctions and I win 4 units at 4 different locations. One of them was Extra Space at Las Vegas Blvd and charleston. Patrick helped me finalize everything. Very impressed with his customer service skills- articulate, up beat and responsive. Will definitely consider this location if I need to store some of my findings !

My experience from day 1 has been good for me. This is how you know when a staff member for the company puts a customer's needs before their personal convenience...it was almost time for this staff member to clock out, and he still made it his business to help me out. That alone says a lot for me to continue business with this storage company. I didn't get his name, but he worked on Sunday July 14th, 2024.
