Homeless people camped out front and back all hours. When the gate opens they come rushing like zombies to get in. Hallways smell like urine and feces. The gate access closes actually 30 minutes before what is posted. Says building is temperature controlled but the top floor is consistently 10-15 degrees warmer than the bottom floor never thought I'd say this but public storage is a safer bet. Ouch. That's gotta hurt. AVIOD AT ALL COST !!
Terrible service. Had all my stuff there and paid. Then I couldn't even store the things in my unit when there was 20 min before they closed.... I went to Public Storage - they gave me a even special deal and stayed up later to help!!
