My experience from day 1 has been good for me. This is how you know when a staff member for the company puts a customer's needs before their personal convenience...it was almost time for this staff member to clock out, and he still made it his business to help me out. That alone says a lot for me to continue business with this storage company. I didn't get his name, but he worked on Sunday July 14th, 2024.

I have not engaged in business with ExtraSpaceStorage, however, William Reed, Store Manager, made himself available when he saw that I pulled into his parking lot with my damaged vehicle. He came out to check on me while I waited for AAA to arrive. He also brought water out to me and offered me a cool place to sit inside (110° Las Vegas, Nevada). Very clean facility. Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful employees. There are carts and elevators for upstairs units.

Always Top Quality Service Angela Greeted us with a smile and was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding all our questions been storing here for almost a year and honestly would definitely return if needed in the future. Clean property and restrooms. Definitely get your money's worth. We were issued new keys and quickly informed when new procedures are in place. Thank you .

Michelle over at the Las Vegas blvd location is a wonderful down to earth person she made sure I was well accommodated she also Is very honest and compassionate most of all just overall a great person
My experience was with no problems manager on duty was very polite and efficient new her job well attended her to her business while I was in her establishment with very professional I appreciate all her help and knowledge happy sure to recommend
