This is a reasonably priced storage place. I wish their hours of operation were longer but given the location I can understand as to why this is not an option. There is always someone on site and they have carts available to carry your items to and from they only ask that you leave your ID. Reasonable. Their is a lot of homeless and transients in the area. So be aware of your surroundings but the gates are always locked and you must use your code to come in and out. For the price it's a good option.

The workers are always so welcoming. The price is high, but understandable because of the location. Well worth it because of the customer service.

Very happy with my stay over at Extra Space Storage. When I closed out my account and ended my services there, the lovely Michelle, made the process very quick and easy for me. Very safe location and great storage if you're in a tight spot

I rented a 10 x 20 unit from extra space storage for about a year. I started the process over the phone and was told the rent was 79$ a month plus 20$ for a lock that you have to buy from them plus 11$ insurance fee and a 29$ administration fee. I asked if 79$pluse insurance a month was a special rate and they said no, thats what the monthly rate is. After 4 months they raised the rate to 158$ plus insurance and after 6 months they raised the rate to 238$ plus insurance they said it could still go up from there. I was prett... read more

The management and local workers are great. Unfortunately, many of these buildings have design flaws which make certain units accessible to thieves. Ownership and corporate are well aware of this design flaw, yet they take no action to fix the problem. In fact, even newer facilities are built with the same design flaw. I had 2 different units broken into. There have been countless other units broken into. They are double billing me and won't reimburse me. The locks are terrible on the unit. They have a terrible manager there.
