Great customer service.
I recently spoke with Joaquin last week regarding a storage unit. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I advised him I was going to consider renting a storage unit, however when I called to get it all set up, I was informed that he no longer works there. I personally feel that you let a hard dedicated worker and team player go. I have now decided to take my business elsewhere
