Absolute best experience ever! I was surprised at how easy the process was to rent a unit here. Very professional, responsible, responsive, CLEAN, and kind. Terry helped me out in deciding which unit was best fit for our needs. She not only made the process easy, but you can see how much care she puts into running the facility. The place is spotlessly clean and tidy, she's friendly and kind to everyone, and we feel very secure with the setup. What a clean and wonderful storage unit facility. We have our trailer in a parking space outside! I called the unit down the road first and the service was excellent there too. The property is ultra clean with loads of open space. The person that checked us in was Terri - she's so professional, friendly and knowledgeable too! She got everything done speedy fast! All in all - my items are safe - behind the gated security fence and I love the service.

5 stars for this location and the manager Terri. This location is clean, well maintained, everything works, equipment to use when needed. I rented a space here for a little over a year and never had an issue. In fact, the manager for this location was super friendly in anything I needed or had a question about. Storage options are great and you always have someone on site walking around and checking things out. I would highly recommend this location for any storage needs.

Terri is amazing. I was surprised that she actually answered the phone in a world where you can barely get a human on the line. She is professional, informative, and extremely helpful. On top of that, she was sympathetic to a family situation I am undergoing. The storage facility is clean, safe and well-maintained. I would recommend this facility to anyone, especially if Terry is working there!

Terry is great. I signed up about 2 years ago, never had one issue. The place is clean, quiet and close to home. Terry showed me many units and she is a genius in knowing what size you need. You need a storage space go see Terry.

I've had many storage units in the past. This location is by far the cleanest and best customer service I have ever experienced. Terri the store manager is really friendly and helpful. Most storage facilities I have used are cramped, run down, dirty and depressing. This location is the polar opposite. Clean, open and well maintained. Lots of parking and flat load in door area. So no ramps just to get into the building. I can not recommend them enough.
