Extra Space Storage is super easy to navigate and always has friendly helpful staff on hand. The building is very clean.
At first glance Terri the property manager appears cordial and polite, that is simply to wheel you in and a façade for a very nasty and condescending underlay. She does not know how to speak to people with dignity and respect. She also is unprofessional and screams at you as if you are a child out loud in public space in ear shot of other customers when the conversation should be taken to her office and handled discreetly.
