Very nice experience renting a space here. You could see right off that the facility is clean and nice, but over time I also came to appreciate the management services. They are very professional when it came to billing, auto-pay, and the small issues that sometimes crop up. Ricky is very personable and kind. I would definitely use the facilities again.

Don't be afraid to rent space here! The facility is spotlessly clean, feels absolutely secure, and is staffed by helpful, friendly, knowledgable people. Example: I got there early this morning and discovered I had left the keys to my locks (I have two spaces) in a city 400 miles away. Tyrone arrived at work 45 minutes early and was wonderful enough to cut the locks off so my movers wouldn't be stuck in the parking lot with nothing to do. I am completely and totally satisfied with my ESS experience. The place has excellent security and was always super clean and very well-lit. I think their rates are quite competitive but if you really shop around, I believe that you'll see that what they offer for that rate is superior in every way. The office staff that I dealt with were very friendly, helpful, accomodating, and professional. In fact, I am so happy with their business model that I'm now renting from ESS again in another city.

It has been about 5 months since i got a storage unit in this location. And im very pleased with the service,(first placed where i have seen that the staff knows and understands your needs) and not just try to get you in and forget about you. Im very pleased with the hours and the security, managers are always asking me if i need anything or if there are sugestions to improve service. The place is always clean and well ventilated. It's kind of weird how excited I was to get my own storage space. I've had roommates for years now, and as an only child I loved the idea of having my own little space, no matter how small, to organize as I please. I was so happy to see that Extra Space Storage opened its doors just blocks from my apartment. I don't think there are any storage places that aren't at least 20% Scam. This place is only about a 19% scam, but my stuff was secure and it was helpful to have it there because they run a tight ship, and don't let the local riffraff in. Even though I had a lock from another extra space they made me buy a new lock. So whatever the price they quote you - you have to add on a bunch of other things so unlike the airlines and hotels they don't have any rules in this industry of Self Storage. Extra space storage gets two stars due to the on-site management team of David and Terry who try to help you. I took off three stars because they do not honor their confirmed reservations. I was given a rental space reservation twice by Extra Space and provided my drivers license to hold the space. I received email confirmations and was also told my reservation would be held for five days. December 30, 2024 | received this injury due to this protruding foot-long piece of metal Sticking from the wall around a blind corner. I asked for a Band-Aid in the front office, and was scoffed at. "We don't give customers bandaids. Do you think we're a Pharmacy?" I had to go to the emergency room, Had to get a tetanus shot, Had to go on antibiotics, missed two weeks of work, and now six weeks later have a lifelong scar. Extra Space storage?
