I love this storage unit. They're fantastic! Always helping me with my deliveries and calling to tell me I've received a delivery. They truly go above and beyond. Very lucky to have found them with my crazy schedule.
I dont know what i would do without Terri. I work at one of the studios around the corner and Terri ALWAYS makes my life so much easier as i already have to deal with so much loading and unlaoding of trucks. She always has a positive attitude and helps me with whatever i need. She is truly the best!!
Mario was so helpful. It was fast and painless! He fully explained what the rental intailed. Took the time to give all insurance options. He made us feel like a top priority. The prices are competitive, the place Is spotless, The loading area is fully functional. I will always rent and refer my clients to this location!
For my job I am constantly renting out storage units and this one is by far the best I have ever seen. Not only is it spotless, but its incredibly safe. The staff and manager (Jessica) are extremely friendly, accommodating and genuinely care for their customers. I can't say enough good things about this facility!
I intensely researched storage facilities in this area and this Cloverfield location was hands down the cleanest, nicest, and above all else, had the safest feel. I am so happy with my unit at this facility and I visit the premises at least 3-4 times a week. Even when I need to stop in after hours when the office is closed, I feel safe which was a big priority for me. Jessica and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and are always making sure they are doing the best the can for their customers. Highly recommended!!
The Store Manager, Jessica, took awesome care of me! Was opening an account for work, and had special needs that she was able to help accommodate. Really appreciated how she stayed in communication with me, as the process took several days, and got me settled in quickly. Probably best customer service experience I have ever received at a self storage facility, and I've worked with a lot!
I don't know a lot about these types of places, so I was very hesitant to leasing a space. When I got there I was greeted by Paul Wilhite who was very thorough in answering ALL of my many questions! He assured me that the building is secure and I could tell they keep the place clean! He gave me his card and I'll defiantly be back! P.s. He's kinda cute! lol
Super clean and very nice facility. A little hard to get to from Cloverfield as there's only one road that you can get in off of, but otherwise it's great. Customer service is even better. Ryan is the man!
