Location manager is never there. Phones always roll to vm and you can't leave a message. They have front desk employees who don't know how to apply account payments, are unfamiliar with their system and give incorrect information. The district Manager Mr. Sinclair is rude, unfriendly and has poor customer service skills. I will be moving my belongings shortly. RENTER BEWARE!
