This was my first (and hopefully last) need for a storage unit and I don't think I could've had a better experience. The person walked me thru the differences between the web rate and on site offer to see which was a better deal for me. I got a full walkthru of my unit before I signed. I was told how to use the freight elevator at the facility. I wasn't given BS for forgetting my code. I forgot to talk to the office about moving out my unit, but they took care of it same day.
Very friendly staff. Helped set me up with a promotion offer, explained everything very clearly. I was in and out in 30 minutes - and this included the tour. Facility is very clean, as well.
Josiphine & Tracy are so very helpful. I'm truly grateful for their assistance. The Thornton Way facility in San Jose is large, clean and in a good neighborhood. Great security too!
I have been provided the best service here. Both ladies that work up front have helped me so much with my move. I couldn't have done it without their kindness and customer service. The location has been very convenient for me. Super easy to work with!
Friendly staff, Amazing facilities. Definitely a great find. Definitely take advantage of online tools for booking and reserving rooms. They offer elevators or lifts for most of their two story buildings and trollies are conveniently at all the entrances.
Josephine was very helpful. The storage 5x10 unit I wanted was new and clean.
After panicking about a last minute moving situation I was relieved to have a real person call me back within minutes of filling out the online registration form. Tracy immediately set up a walk through with me and helped to decide which space was the best fit for me and my budget. I was amazed with the organization and customer service that Tracy offered! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage as a safe, reliable, and convenient storage place. In such a stressful time they truly made my life easier!
Safe place for your storage . The room which she gave us first was not enough but then in like 10 mins she searched a new one and gave us a big one .
