This is an excellent facility that's clean and well-maintained. It's under new management and they're working with updated systems. We recently moved from a larger locker to a smaller one to save money, and they handled the switch very conveniently. The building that we're in is air-conditioned (not all are so equipped) and convenient to access. Update. In less than 2 years they now raised my rate to $263. That's a 130% increase. Their rationale..."market rates". Buyer beware. They hook you in with a cheap promo rate, and then four months later increase it. And they don't ever stop. Honestly it's pretty criminal. I'm definitely moving my things this time.

3 months in and my rate is going from $90 a month to $144. Pretty disappointing when they boast promotions online with pricing stating lock the price in. But they don't tell you it'll change shortly after. After receiving the same notice as stated in a prior review, I doubt they'll do anything. Taking my belongings and business elsewhere. Not good business practices at all. Ontop of booking a 5 x 10 unit when I arrived to claim my unit, it's actually a roof storage unit with a huge slant which isn't a true 5 x 10. No CCTV, even after several break-ins. Local staff are nice but corporate doesn't care about string of break-ins. No CCTV inside buildings. very insecure.
DO NOT RENT HERE! NOT A SAFE PLACE! We had two spaces here in two separate buildings. Two months ago, one space was broken into, and the thieves busted through the drywall into the next space. On-site "manager" promised to fix the wall. It still isn't fixed, after TWO MONTHS, so my space #1 is not secure. The excuse? "We've been busy!" My second space was broken into this last week. This place is horrible. A family friend got their storage unit broken into recently, and they said that 12 other units were broken into as well. I was considering getting a storage unit here after they had told me about it a few months ago, but on behalf of my family friend I decided to write this review to help them out (as well as others) make their decision on wether this is the best place to get a unit (which it isn't). Their main gate has been broken for 5+ weeks! No sign of repair and even the site managers cannot say when, if ever, it will be fixed. Recent vandalism and on-site "selling" out of storage units makes this situation worse.

Price hikes as months go on for so many reasons I couldn't even keep count. It's hard to move to another storage unit simply because who wants to go through all their stuff and move it to another storage unit ?! Had to endure months of price hikes until we gladly moved out of state
I responded to an online promotion because it was unusually inexpensive, then I found out why. I looked at the unit, which was empty, large, but located at the extreme end of the building - served by an elevator "lift" that is only allowed to be used for the storage contents. The lift and stairs are located on the other far end of the building. The renter must take the stairs. The handcart wheels cannot go easily over the door sill at the entrance to the lift, making every load more difficult than it needs to be. They system... read more
