I have been with this facility for a while. The cost for storage at the time was good compared to others but has since changed (a bit more expensive for what you get). I am disappointed with the level of service I have received from this place. When we move our belongings we will not consider Extra Space Storage again. Consider other places first because as I have said before Customer Service is very important.

Oh Lord dont go here!!! I have been here for over a decade. I pay a ton of money for a huge unit. They raise the rent all the time and it is not by small amounts either. Here is the latest. They raised the rent and didn't tel me. They said they mailed me but nothing came. Then they sent my check back saying there was a raise. I sent the correct money back. Just before closing they called and said there would be a late fee of 90.00!!!!!!! DON'T GO HERE!! They have new management and it is a mess. Save yourself a h... read more

Now they say they will not give me a refund because I posted an unfavorable Yelp review. The store manager said: I am sorry for the delay in our response to you. After 3 attempts to get your refund check mailed to you, all 3 were rejected by my District Manager. We have a new software system that does not allow me to look at the status of refund checks. Trouble Used to be 24 hour service and this is why I picked them. They have lost my payments. They do not allow you to use the dumpsters You have to use a card to get in and out, and at times it doesnt even work Go somewhere else

The guy at the counter was unable to do most of the paperworks. it took hours. The unit was disapointing, way smaller than the "Approximate" size. and there is no way to get a refund for anything. They will also force you to buy a lock that you cannot return. The location manager Mike is powerless to solve any problem. and the district manager Mr. Mike Sinclair is indeed rude and will not listen to anything. They will take your money and not even try to understand the mistakes they do. Run AWAY

Very shady. They advertise a free rental truck online but when you call to reserve it they tell you it's wrecked, and so are the trucks at all the other locations. When you reserve rental units online some of the units are of unusual shape. An 8x12 should have 96 cubic feet of storage but they don't tell you on the web site the roof is at an angle cutting your cubic footage in half. Very misleading. False advertising. Location manager is never there. Phones always roll to vm and you can't leave a message. They have front desk employees who don't know how to apply account payments, are unfamiliar with their system and give incorrect information. The district Manager Mr. Sinclair is rude, unfriendly and has poor customer service skills. I will be moving my belongings shortly. RENTER BEWARE!
