If I was just rating the staff, it would be 5 stars. . Anthony was great. very nice and helpful. He made signing up for the unit super easy. The facilities are not great. The fence line is full of garbage and signs of homeless living on or around the property. I don't feel safe going after hours. The halls don't smell great, a very old musty smell, but hey it is storage so what can you expect. Overall it has not been a bad experience but for the price I would expect a little more.

Anthony Parrish is the manager here and personally helped me find the right storage for al my belongings. Not only was he friendly and attentive, he made sure I received the best deal possible. We toured the units relative to the size I wanted and ensured that it wasn't too small or too big and even went to the length of figuring out which deal I would benefit from the most. Recently rented a storage unit at this location and was assisted by Tony. He showed me a couple of units (observed social distancing) that would possibly suit my needs and told me that I could call-in to complete my reservation, as I was not ready to pull the trigger (no pressure, which I appreciated!). We completed the transaction over the phone when I was ready and he was very thorough and complete in explaining the process. Great customer service. Safe secure location. These people are the best! They have great long hours and took the time to walk me through everything. They explain everything so there are no surprises. They are always helpful and friendly. This is the second time we used them still great service!

This was my first (and hopefully last) need for a storage unit and I don't think I could've had a better experience. The person walked me thru the differences between the web rate and on site offer to see which was a better deal for me. I got a full walkthru of my unit before I signed. I was told how to use the freight elevator at the facility. I wasn't given BS for forgetting my code. I forgot to talk to the office about moving out my unit, but they took care of it same day.
