Tracy was great and very helpful to my storage needs! I reserved online and she literally called me within 5 minutes. I went to meet her and she was very welcoming. She is top notch and continuously showed her professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout the process. Quite a few times she was very alert and curious as to who was entering the property. Fallon was great! Easy process and very friendly! Prices were comparable but I got a discount so not too bad! Like that there is always someone on the properties especially after hours!
This is my second time storing my personal property at this location. I just want to say thank you to the staff at 895 Thornton Way in sj for making moving a better experience. We all know that moving sucks! The facility is really well kept and having a secured gate with 24hr security cameras is a plus in my book. Thank you, AO

Great place to rent for storage. The staff is very helpful and the place is always clean and well lighted, also very secure. Too bad the dumpster is always restricted.
When I entered the office I was immediately greeted by Chelsea. She was very friendly and helpful. The office,grounds and units all seemed very clean. It is very obviously that the employees take pride in their work and their company. This installs in me that I made the right choice for my storage needs.
Referred by my girlfriend, who has rented here about a yr. Secure facility and the employees are extremely helpful. I was shown a few different options before renting. Little higher prices than public , but you get what you pay for! Clean property and great customer service. QUICK and EASY rental
Fallon is awesome. She helped us (Tap-Tempo) out with our rental unit and was super informative and helpful. The storage unit is roomy and worked out great for our purposes.
