Yes, the staff and the facility are very good. I just received notice of the second, yes second, price increase in one year, this time from $188 to $214. I don't know if this is typical of storage unit companies. New renters, beware.

I've had a storage unit here for over a year. In that time I have only regrets. When moving into the unit during business hours both office employees left the office and were gone for over an hour. Four people were waiting outside during that time and I had to fire my movers after 45 minutes because I thought they weren't going to return to give me my unit number and location. This place was awful. I was only here a few months and in that time they raised my rent about 20%. It was also filthy dirty. The people who work there are jerks, too. Their bathroom is only open during office hours and office hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and they're closed on Sundays. If you have to use the bathroom on Sunday, you're shit out of luck.
