I recently needed a storage facility in the Long Beach area. I can not say enough good things about this facility. After my initial online inquiry, Katrina called me to go over all possible options. She was professional, knowledgable, patient and kind. (These are all the traits you need when trying to deal with a declining parent and everything that comes with that.) This is the best location for our needs. My boyfriend and I needed a place to store my furniture since moving in with him, and our storage unit was perfect for what we needed. The staff is helpful and very friendly. We got the best price for the storage unit we have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs place to store their items.
Easy location to move in. The prices are great and the security for the location in that you must use your code to get to your specific floor. Would recommend them to anybody that must need storage. A plus as well is the freight elevator which makes move in so much easier.

This place is excellent, clean, friendly helpful..and even have a free truck for you to use when you move your stuff in (I believe there is a mileage restriction). They have lots of carts to help bring in your items to your unit. I was on the 3rd floor, but it was so easy to move in and out with the carts and all the moving supplies they carry in their office. The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful. They had nice carts that were available for use. The security is better than most.
I used this storage facility years ago & have returned recently. Rosa & Katrina have impeccable customer service. They have both extended themselves with a few requests I've had. Clean & convenient! I also appreciate that the storage facility stays open a little later than others.
I had to find a bigger storage unit for my job and Extra Space had the best rates. Katrina was super helpful through the whole process and let me know about the FREE truck upon move-in (which was super helpful). All you have to pay for is gas to refill the tank. Thanks again!
