Moving is not an easy task for anyone and finding a good storage unit to store your most precious items is even more of a task. Got a great online deal- excellent customer service from Brian. Great job Brian! I'd been running around all morning trying to find a storage unit after an odd experience at another storage business and was so glad to be able to find this place. The process was quick and transparent, the facility is clean and offers after hours gate access. So happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend, ask for Brian, he'll take good care of you!

The staff on the site was friendly, but the manager dog was barking at me every time I come in the gate at 6:00am. The place is clean, but there is no hot water to wash your hands. I move out because the price was too high and waiting too long for a public transit. I wish every extra space storage list there public transit routes. I would rent the extra space storage again, but a different location close to a bus route, so I can get stuff out of my storage. I like the gate time hours.
This location is clean and the staff was super helpful. I was moving across several states using a moving pod and Rosa was extremely helpful with the process. I would highly recommend this extra space location for anyone looking for storage in the Long Beach area.
This is my second time renting a unit at this location, and I came back for a good reason. Rosa is extremely nice and helpful. The property is clean and well-kept. The prices are competitive, and I like their online deals.
Such a great experience here at Extra Space. As it being our first time ever renting a storage unit we went into it blindly. The staff was excellent and very kind. Greeted us with smiles and patiently walked us through their units and our paperwork. Katrina went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed at a very great price!
