I had to find a bigger storage unit for my job and Extra Space had the best rates. Katrina was super helpful through the whole process and let me know about the FREE truck upon move-in (which was super helpful). All you have to pay for is gas to refill the tank. Thanks again!

This was my first experience renting any type of storage space. I was so fortunate to have been greeted Katrina who was so very professional and helpful! She walked me through the entire process, physically showed me the various spaces recommended based on my storage needs and we completed the entire process in 30 minutes. Great customer service! Katrina was super helpful during the move process. Only suggestion I have would be to make sure the customer is aware of the available service truck. We didn't know that we could have used the truck for free so we had to rent our own which cost $80! More than the price of 1 month rent :( Other than that really nice facility with helpful people.
I really love this place.. The lady in front desk is amazing.. Her name is Rosa and would do anything to please you.. I had a delivery coming in and could not be there.. Rosa took care of everything.. She opened the storage and let them put it there and I checked it later on and everything was perfect.. Thank you Rosa for this... I found this place based on the Yelp Reviews. They were spot on. I very much enjoyed the experience at Extra Space Storage. Rosa, the onsite supervisor is simply amazing. She remembered me and my reservation as soon as I walked in and before I was even able to say Hi. I rented the truck from them as well and the offer was perfect. Better than U-Haul. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and I feel very relieved to have rented my space there.
Great place. The facilities are clean and storage access is easy. What really makes this place great, though, is the customer service. Ron Cox (Store Manager) made the experience great. He was helpful and courteous during each visit. Thanks Ron!

Great place for storage! The buildings are clean and well-kept, and the staff is very helpful. Rosa is awesome! They have whatever you need: carts, locks, boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc. Office hours and building access hours are reasonable, the property is secure, and you can specify if you need a temperature-controlled space (extra, I think) or not.
