I have had my things in the storage space for approximately two years and have always had really responsive and kind customer service. The facilities are clean and very safe. There is always someone to help me out when I need assistance. I finally cleaned out my storage space and thank you for a really great experience

I needed extra storage to move in my garage is full so decided look in northridge i started shoping i find extra space in northridge has lower price and fast moved in friendly staff work in office ground floor easy drive to my unit and great hours open 7 day very clean place i highly recommended extra space storage in northridge that was my experience

Prices were a little on the higher end (but that seems to be common with most things nowadays) but overall I had a great experience!! Carina was very helpful and attentive. As soon as I arrived she took me on the site to view the sizes of the units to make sure I got the perfect size. She was transparent with the specials in store and online and answered any questions I had that day. So, I've have had a storage unit with Extra Space Storage for about a year now. The customer service is great. The staff on sight are very friendly & helpful. The facility itself is very clean. There are lights inside the actual units! I love this, (it would be so dark without the light.) I have moved to 3 different storage units within the facility. They we're very accommodating.As, for security...The place is safe. I have NEVER had a problem or felt unsafe. This place is a gem. Definitely choose this storage co. Over all ... read more

Affordable, safe area, clean and accommodating. Good sizes available and easy to get to. You can also store a vehicle in a secured parking space. I would recommend

Extra space storage is amazing! They have excellent customer service and got me situated within 10 minutes and accessing my storage has never been easier. Not only did I get an awesome deal but my unit was easy to access and on the 1st floor. The manager here is also super nice and made the area feel safe! Thank you guys for helping me when I needed a storage ASAP!

Very good response from Jose and storage walkways and drive ways are always clean. Rates are reasonable when compared to others
