Storage place is really nice and clean. Jose was friendly and provided me with all the details I needed in regards to the storage. Price is great compared to other places in the valley as well.

Site is clean and well kept. Prices are very fair. Drive up access is very helpful. Customer service is great. What more can I say? No complaints.

For the price, this place is hard to beat. The staff are consistently nice and helpful. Units are not climate controlled which can be a problem, depending on what you're storing of course. But the place is well maintained. No complaints.

Jose is such a helpful and nice person! He made sure all questions were answered and reassured me that all my belongings will be safe in my storage unit. He lives right in front of the storage space area so he's able to check on the units daily.

Staff is great! Love Jose. The prices are amazing and totally affordable. Found them through google. The storage space is clean and drive up is also a plus!

I am extremely pleased with this company. I called an Extra Space location nearer Los Angeles, and they were unable to provide me with a unit that met my desired criteria at my desired price range. Instead of turning me away with a simple apology, they referred me to storage.com via telephone. Storage.com found me the closest, most economical find, and Extra Space in Northridge was it! Ive been a customer for almost 2 years and couldn't be more satisfied. Every concern is addressed immediately by Jose or Courtney the management team for this location and the location is kept spotless. Security is a top concern of theirs and they always appear to know who is on the property. I have upsized and downsized as my per my storage needs and Jose has even come out and checked on me when I've been there alone later in the evening hours for safety reasons. I was paying $190 for my rental unit but received a rate change increase to $291. I called the previous day before my last $190 payment. I was told they wouldn't know for sure until the last payment went through so I waited. When I received a call back it was confirmed that my payment increased but would give it to me for $240 including insurance. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! They are crooks and will auction your stuff and not notify you. That is after they take what they want for themselves. They will lie and say they got less at auction but will not give you anything to back that up. The people who manage this location should be in jail! If I could rate them with negative stars I would
