Jose and Juan took great care of me. Jose showed me "the ropes" of how to enter and exit the facility. I feel safe about my move and the rates are great!!! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, Northridge, Ca..

I am so happy I have a place I can trust. Are always helpful, and professional. I have been a customer with Extra Space Storage Northridge for almost 8 years now, on and off of course when the extra space is needed. Jose has assisted me the last couple times and he is great at what he does! Thank you everyone for customer service satisfaction! Definitely 5 star worthy!!!

This place was really professional. I went to other storage places and they didn't seem to have. Much of an urgency unlike extra storage space. They immediately helped me get situated with my needs and showed me around the spaces and gave me the breakdown with ease of all the details. Would definitely come back and get another storage space here. Super happy

This is my second time using Extra Space Storage & the service is always great. The hours are easier to work with compared to other storage facilities & the prices are unbeatable. They always have some type of special which is helpful financially as well. Highly recommend !

I had an extremely positive experience today with setting up my storage rental. I reserved my unit online and received a call from the manager Jose within 30 minutes to set up an appointment. The lease process is very simple to navigate, and Jose was a pleasure to work with. The units are clean, well-lit, and easy to access. I highly recommend this storage facility!
