The store in North Hollywood (on Troost, specifically) was recommended to me by a storage facility in Burbank that couldn't accomodate the size unit and budget I needed. Roxanne, the manager, was incredible out the gate...honoring an online rate and allowing me to move my reservation date, without penalty, due to the fires in LA. I met with someone at the facility and he couldn't have been nicer. I move in Saturday!

Very clean, easy to access, plenty of parking right up to the door. Handy cart to stack my stuff. Friendly staff. Mostly impressed with how clean. I've referred several people already. Researched other places but none compared.

Brand new, very clean and secure storage unit! I was quoted a great price which is awesome for the area. I've rented from other places and this is by far the best. Many elevators to access upper floors and lots of parking and moving dollies.
