Absolutely best place for storage, friendly staff! Maria specifically is a lot of help and this location is incredibly clean. Love doing business here! Highly recommend.
The Extra Space Storage facility (on Troost Ave) in North Hollywood is amazing. The facility is very secure and the surrounds are very clean. Best of all, the prices are very competitive. I was especially impressed with the customer service from Erick. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about all the questions and concerns I had. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a storage facility.

Today we leased a storage unit from Erick at ExtraSpace North Hollywood. We could not be happier with the service. Erick was very thorough and detailed throughout. Having rented from SafKeep and PublicStorage for more than 20 years I cannot say enough great things about this ExtraSpace- their cleanliness, professionalism and service.

I've been renting storage units for about 15 years now all over the San Fernando valley. This place is clean and secure with the best prices around. The employees are friendly and helpful. I have been here since they opened and they did have a little issue a while back with people coming in when the gate opens but they have it all under control now. Clean and reasonable prices. Best storage unit I've been at.

One of the best places to rent a space in my opinion. I have had really Good experience with the staff in person and as well through the phone they are professional and willing to help when their help is needed. Specially Maria I just want to say Thank you to you and to the Entire Team! Prices are very affordable as well which is another Huge plus.

Great facility. Love the security and amount of checkpoints you have to go through, it is very safe. The staff is all very kind and accommodating with great customer service and it is clean. The hours of operation are also very good.

Great experience! Have been there 1 day and met 2 people and Hector helped me at the front desk!!! He even walked to my locker to help with installing lock. Close at 8PM which is nice and keeps the lockers safe.

I just rented a unit at this facility (online) yesterday, by today I had already received a call as to coming in for a tour, my husband and I met with Kaveh, he was extremely personable, professional and nice! I highly recommend this facility and look forward to moving in next week!
