I've been renting storage units for about 15 years now all over the San Fernando valley. This place is clean and secure with the best prices around. The employees are friendly and helpful. I have been here since they opened and they did have a little issue a while back with people coming in when the gate opens but they have it all under control now. Clean and reasonable prices. Best storage unit I've been at.

One of the best places to rent a space in my opinion. I have had really Good experience with the staff in person and as well through the phone they are professional and willing to help when their help is needed. Specially Maria I just want to say Thank you to you and to the Entire Team! Prices are very affordable as well which is another Huge plus.

Great facility. Love the security and amount of checkpoints you have to go through, it is very safe. The staff is all very kind and accommodating with great customer service and it is clean. The hours of operation are also very good.

Was looking to find a quick, safe, & professional storage solution while Dealing with a move. Found out about this Extra Space location and took a tour of the facilities. Feels like a really secure place. Looking forward to using my unit!

Great experience! Have been there 1 day and met 2 people and Hector helped me at the front desk!!! He even walked to my locker to help with installing lock. Close at 8PM which is nice and keeps the lockers safe.

I just rented a unit at this facility (online) yesterday, by today I had already received a call as to coming in for a tour, my husband and I met with Kaveh, he was extremely personable, professional and nice! I highly recommend this facility and look forward to moving in next week!

I recently rented the unit. So far the experience has been good. The process was very easy and the customer service, in person, was great when i came across a technical issue. I guess my only "ehhh" moment is parking when dropping off items and having to wait a while for a cart. It could be because it was a weekend. But overall it has been good.

First and utmost, the Assistant Store Manager, Maria Torres, was very kind, patient, honest, and helpful with our process today. My 5 goes to her. Second, the facility is clean and spotless. We've been using their Sherman Oaks location for the past 10 years and I can assure you that the management take great care of their facilities. Unfortunately,the Troost location is surrounded by homeless people, but sadly every single corner of Los Angeles is occupied by them nowadays!
