I rented a unit in August of 2021. the unit and facility was nice and clean as this is a newer building. Came back once in oct to put more things in the unit, nothing unusual or sketchy. I came back in Jan 2022 to a facility that reeks of urine, people hanging out inside and outside of the facility. And to top it all off I come to my unit with a new lock on it, odd. I got a storage unit a couple months ago. Now all of a sudden I get a notice in the mail they're increasing the rate by $30 a month. After two months. Almost feels like bait and switch. I emailed them and asked them to have someone contact me so we can discuss it and have not heard a word. If you're pricing units then you should look past extra space storage, unless you want them to jack the price up right after you get your unit And not respond when you asked to speak to someone about it. Very unprofessional

We literally were told this place was safe and always taken care of. 1st day we showed up it was clean and quite. A week after we started moving we noticed sketchy people just parked and waiting and would never put in their codes in the panel but walk in behind people who do put their codes in... and noticed people would just be walking around the storage isles looking sketchy. On July 4th 2021 my wife showed up and noticed our storage open and everything dis shoveled and items missing.. we called the cops and the nice lady ... read more

Raised my monthly payment without a notice,gave me a ridiculous excuse why they didnt email me the notice, Somtimes they lock the gate at 6 pm ,again without any notice or emails. This place is ridiculous.
