Roxanne and the rest of the employees here provide really great customer service. She has gone above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers. Had a storage for almost 3 years here and it's very secure and clean. Thank you guys for all your help :)

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, specially the one located at 6880 Troost Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91605. All associates at that location are very polite, caring, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Unlike most other storages, they provide the best customer service. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks to Roxanne and her Management, my moving process was completed promptly and efficiently.
