I recently rented the unit. So far the experience has been good. The process was very easy and the customer service, in person, was great when i came across a technical issue. I guess my only "ehhh" moment is parking when dropping off items and having to wait a while for a cart. It could be because it was a weekend. But overall it has been good.

First and utmost, the Assistant Store Manager, Maria Torres, was very kind, patient, honest, and helpful with our process today. My 5 goes to her. Second, the facility is clean and spotless. We've been using their Sherman Oaks location for the past 10 years and I can assure you that the management take great care of their facilities. Unfortunately,the Troost location is surrounded by homeless people, but sadly every single corner of Los Angeles is occupied by them nowadays! I've been with Extra Soave storage for a year. It's indoors air conditioning. Secure key pad locks. This place goes a live and beyond. Especially Eric, anytime I had a problem he helped from payments to access. Comparing Extra space to Public storage. Public storage is not even as the same league as Extra Space. 5 stars for service cleanliness and most of all helpfulness

I'm leaving this review because I ended up not choosing this location of extra space storage. I ended up choosing a storage unit closer to my new home, but dealing with the manager Erick Diaz at this location was such a good experience I wanted to stay with this company he recommended a new location closer to my home personally told me to ask for.
