I recently rented another unit from Liz at the Life Storage, 2807 W. Michigan Ave., Pensacola, FL... she was very quick, efficient and such a pleasure to work with. This is my second unit and I find this location to be very clean and well cared for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Liz is also a wonderful representative for Life Storage. I appreciate her service.
Excelente customer service! Jocie was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had made a reservation online for a storage unit and the space was too small. After making the changes to a bigger one, Jocie talked to the manager about the online specials and I am so grateful that the manager kept the online specials for me, it saved me a lot!! The facility was clean, as well as the unit that I got. Thank you so much!!
Karla is a great asset to the business. After a hurricane and loosing so much. I felt. She went that extra mile to make me comfortable and met my needs to the Max. Highly recommend the storage facility. Karla will ease you mind and give you faith that your going to be taken care of the best she can.
I recently rented a storage unit at the Life Storage facility. Store #8422. I am very impressed with the customer service at this location. Bechina helped me with my reservation and was fabulous at making the whole process seamless and stress free. The facility is clean and very well maintained.
Just move in. Great facilities and supportive staff. Bad note, the price during the online reservation didn't mention anywhere the mandatory insurance (+ 18% on the total price). They let you know just when you are there :(:(
I wasn't sure how close this unit would be to house but being a Life Storage patron in the East I had to check out this one in Cedar Hill and was I correct. It's only miles from the house, just perfect. I reserved my storage unit online, which seem to makes things a lot easier for sure when checking in. Life Storage on 1625 S Ashland in Chicago IL is such a clean and updated facility. The Manager Tyesha is 100% awesome. She cleans that location spotless and always has a smile on her face. Explained everything in detail and helps you understand. I highly recommend this location.

We had a great service which made us to rent onsite on first visit. Ms. Mara and Ms. Mardi made it pleasurable to deal with them and offered best service with a smile. Mara explained all the details and the information need to know. She's such a wonderful employee to deal with. She told us the difference between Life Storage and others. Finally convinced us to rent a storage with pleasure. She's very helpful and kind professional person.
