Nice clean facility in central PA (great location with easy access to major PA highways, airport and Amtrak service) with excellent customer service. Pricing is competitive and we are very pleased to have found this for storing our household goods and vehicle
I was very satisfied with my first encounter and thereafter with the process to sign on, the manager Ashley took her time to explain the policy. Very professional and friendly person, helping me to understand the contract and cost.

Just rented a space at *** *** *** in Round Rock, TX. The "leasing" service - don't remember his name was very helpful. Tracy - the lady at the storage facility was exceptional. So pleasant and helpful. She picked up my day with her attitude which is important when going thru the hell of moving. ***** ********
This corrupt corporation needs to be put out of business. They buy all the storage facilities in the area and jack the rent up to an outrageous price. From $75 a month to $183 a month, after they purchased the place. In February 2026, I rented a 10x10 storage unit from Extra Space Storage for $83 per month. After only four months, my rent was increased from $83 to $147.When I contacted the office, they told me that this was mentioned on page 9 of the rental agreement, which states that the rental terms may change with 30 days notice and that the monthly rental charge can be increased due to market conditions or for any other reason.I was also told that 10x10 units are currently around $180, so I should consider myself lucky. I have had 2 storage units at extra space storage on elkhorn blvd in north highlands for over 2 yrs everything was fine until recently when i would come to my units to find new locks on them this happend a couole of times i gues the first time may have been that i didnt close the lock all the way , the next 2 times it happend i was given no explaination then the 3rd time i was told that someone broke throigh the wall in the naighboring unit . Terrible service, ruined my items and refuse to help. Had their roof replaced over my climate controlled units, completely showered my things in rust and debris. STAY AWAY
