Fallons is the only place I send flowers from in the Triangle. The staff here is always exceptionally professional and the flower arrangements they create and suggest are absolutely phenomenal. I need to start this review by acknowledging that the following ordeal is ultimately my fault, and yet my experience was the most unhinged dedication to not doing an extra nice thing I've ever seen. I always order flowers from Fallons because even though they are more expensive than other options, their quality is superior. Sadly, one of my dear friend's parent passed away. Their customer service is terrible. The woman I spoke with over the phone was rude and unprofessional. She was so unpleasant that I ended using North Raleigh Florist, who I highly recommend.
Used them for my bridal bouquet and was pretty disappointed. I asked for whites and light light pink and instead got yellows(very yellow in person), a weird pink and lots of green. To be fair, it was a pretty bouquet but I felt it was very different from what I asked for, especially for a single bouquet and around $150!!! My husband was in the car when I called and asked, and when he saw it he even said "wow thats not what you asked for"....upset that I had to spend moremoney to buy more flowers to fix it.
I had excellent experiences with the company for years. Hundreds of dollars spent over years. Until an order on my wife's birthday yesterday to her workplace that I was assured would arrive by 4. I called mid day to check and they confirmed no later than 4. The order never came and she went home with no flowers. Ordered flowers for my thirtieth wedding anniversary last week with specific instructions of delivery time. I was assured they would be there. Jump to today, I called this morning again asking if they would be there and was assured again they would. I explained if they were not going to be delivered on time that I would pick them up. I was told that that they would be there. Guess what. NO FLOWERS. Thanks Fallons.
I guess there is new management at Fallons because this is the first time I was failed miserably on an order. The flowers were fine, but not outstanding. The delivery was ridiculous, and almost ruined the evening. I will be looking for another florist in Raleigh.

1st Picture: What I ASKED FOR Vs. 2nd Picture: WHAT I GOT. This is my second and very LAST time going to fallons. Both times I ordered an arrangement from their website and it came out looking anything but the pictures. I've ordered from Fallons for years...until now. While I try my best to support local, their policy to charge an expedited fee ($25) to deliver before 4pm is gouging. Very competitive market in Raleigh, many choices...worth shopping around.
