I live in Kansas and needed a special order created and delivered in Raleigh. This order was somewhat complicated in that up to 30 people were calling to purchase stems to be included in a bouquet, over the course of about 2 weeks. I've used Fallons several times and have always been pleased. In spite of snowmageddon, my wife's Valentine's Day roses arrived on time and it great shape. Phew, out of the dog house for another year!

I found Fallons online & decided to order the "Aside Avon's Banks" arrangement for my daughter who lives in Raleigh. The picture online looked nice, but WOW!!! when my daughter showed me the arrangement via Skype...I was impressed!!!! Right after I made the online order...I called & asked for a subsitute color on one of the flowers pictured & the nice lady on the phone went to check to see if they had that certain color & they did. Frank directed me to Diane to do the flowers for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Diane's team did a beautiful and very creative presentation at both the church and reception at Second Empire. The bouquets were outstanding; the church flowers and candelabra floral arrangements were simply beautiful! They even decorated the cake at the reception with a few live flowers. Frank and the team just did my wedding this weekend at Brier Creek Country Club. He did the most amazing job. As a bride/event planner, what the wedding looked like was the MOST important to me. I spent more on the flowers than I did my dress and hair and make up combined, but I still didn't even come close to the national average for flowers, because Fallon's HOOKED IT UP!! :) I wanted this to be EPIC and Frank and the team DELIVERED. This is the company I use to send flowers to my wife every month. Never had a problem with the quality of flowers or service. A couple of times, I had very specific delivery instructions and they were able to accomplish them without issue. I will continue to use Fallons because they are easy to use, competively priced and provide quality products and service.

Ditto on what all the others said. I recently had to choose flowers to be sent to my grandfather's funeral which is absolutely no fun. It's not like choosing flowers for a friend's birthday. It was very difficult as I perused through their website so I just picked up the phone and had to just tell someone what I was going through. The staff who answered the phone was very helpful. I received very personalized service here when I ordered flowers for my wedding. My mom did all the arrangements and we thought it would be difficult to find a place that would just sell us a lot of regular bunches of flowers. No problem at Fallons! Their prices were fantastic, they kept their word about returning phone calls, emails, checking on availability of special items, etc. I highly recommend these folks!
