This is the second time ordering flowers from Fallons in the last month. My first order was an arrangement of red roses for a funeral. They were absolutely stunning and I was very pleased. I just ordered a sympathy arrangement for the home, and it was difficult to decide what to order because the same picture of the same one arrangement shows for any selection you select. Horrible customer service. Scheduled a flower delivery to the hospital. They do not deliver directly to the room so leave at a front desk. Flowers never made it to the recipient. Talked to the hospital, nurses, front desk and they claim they do not have. Fallons refused to provide me with a refund or credit. Only option was to deliver the flowers again back to the front desk where surely it would again not be received. Very disappointed with fallons response to correct this and lack of responsibility. Some hospitals, including the one you delivered to, are refusing to let any deliveries go directly to the recipient due to COVID-19 protocols, which are changing often. We did deliver the flowers you ordered to the hospital and had to adhere to their current regulations but I'm incredibly sorry the hospital was unable to locate them. Fallon's Florist is a business of long standing and has a very good reputation. That is why I was surprised that my experience with them - with two locations- was so problematic. I wanted a particular sympathy arrangement. It was simple and striking, consisting of one type of flower (small purple orchids) that are not toxic to cats, which the recipients have- so suitable in several ways. I called and placed the order and spelled the recipients name twice. Received the receipt via email and saw the name was misspelled. Called back 3 times to have the the recipients name corrected and was told they would fix it/it was fixed each time. The "new" receipt never showed a corrected name. But I was assured every call that it was spelled correctly. Flowers delivered, and the name was still misspelled. There final bill was also $25 more than advertised on the website. They won't get my business again.

My niece was in the hospital 2500 miles away from me. I called a local florist in Raleigh NC as I always try to support local business. I requested an e mail receipt with a photo of the flowers so I could see what my $83 was spent on. I had to call this morning for my receipt which was sent immediately. But, no photo. I called again and was advised a photo was "just sent". I never received any picture of the flowers from this florist. I am very disappointed. Same Valentine's Day disaster as stated in the other review. I placed an order to be delivered to my girlfriend's office on Valentine's Day. When 5pm hit and I had not heard a word from my girlfriend I knew they had screwed up the delivery. When I called Fallon's it seemed that I was not only one calling as they were fully aware of the issue. They tried to offer the same alternatives as the other reviewer mentioned, deliver to an alternate address that night, delivered the next day, etc. At that time what's the point? The su... read more

I had placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day. They were scheduled to be delivered to my wife's office (less than a mile from their location), but when they had not arrived at 5 when her office closed, I called and they said they were out for delivery, but they could send them to a backup address. About an hour later they called to say that they couldn't even do that and offered to send them the next day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine's Day....No flowers, no delivery, no call, no nothing. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Now, I'm in the dog house and its their fault.

Fallon's flowers employees mismanaged my order, botched the delivery, and were an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered a 40 red rose center piece for my 40th birthday party that was never delivered to the restaurant. After being given the run around regarding my delivery they finally delivered the roses to my home. That's not what I had requested not what they were paid to do.
