Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I opted to get the "premium" arrangement (almost $200) instead of the standard arrangement. Flowers were delivered on time but they were already wilting and seemed to be old. 2 days later most of the arrangement was starting to die. Called to ask if they were the closest location to where I wanted flowers sent. Because I noticed they have two locations. I live an hour from Raliegh, and just moved here from out of state, so not familiar with this area at all. I wanted to order from the most convenient location. I could tell this guy wasn't interested in helping me. I was told to Google it. Called another florist around the corner from them and they wanted my business.

worst company. DO NOT ORDER from here. They took my order and said my order would be delivered for mothers day. I gave them my address and it was not a problem. If it was out of the area like they claim they should have told me when I gave them the address. They called me on mothers day and said they could not deliver. The staff was extremely rude and told me no matter how much money I paid it was not getting delivered. in the middle of me talking she told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. Fallon's failed to deliver my Valentine's Day flowers. Even after calling at 6 pm they didn't make any attempt to deliver that day and just requested if we wanted them the next day or a refund. They ruined a complete surprise that never happened and thoroughly disappointed my boyfriend as he kept waiting for me to receive my flowers before 5 pm which never happened. Ordered a flower arrangement and a teddy bear to be delivered to my girlfriends work on Valentine's Day. I did order them the day before but their website showed it was still early enough for them to be delivered the next day without issue. Throughout the process of selecting what I wanted and checking out, I didn't see anywhere that listed an estimated time frame, or some sort of ETA I could choose from. I asked them to make a florist's choice arrangement for my aunt's anniversary and upcoming surgery. I specially asked to avoid carnations and to include the freshest flowers including some roses and lilies. Also included a message. The flowers arrived with mostly carnations, some other wilted flowers and no message. It looked like a cheap $5-10 trader joes bouquet. Am extremely upset and will never be using them again!
I was searching for a florist every where for my wedding on aug 1st, while driving through raleigh I stumbled across Fallons. I recalled while working at a Hilton Garden Inn in Durham we used this store to deliver our Mothers Days flowers that we handed out to women that checked in. The flowers I received from my wife were beautiful - but - She specifically asked them to deliver it by 10AM, which they agreed to, and then the flowers did not arrive until afternoon. The timing was sensitive for announcing a special birthday event, and Fallon's messed that up by not following the schedule they agreed to.
They might be great for large orders, but don't expect smaller orders to be delivered anywhere near lunchtime. I placed an order on line (very nice website) before 9:00am, and had to call twice to have flowers delivered before 4:00pm to a location LESS THAN 5MILES FROM THE STORE! Unacceptable. No options for early delivery.
