TERRIBLE quality. I placed an order online early that morning around 8 AM. The flowers were not delivered until 5PM. I was never presented with an option to select say a delivery for noon. None of the flowers were blooming. All I got was a vase with green stems. The flowers should have been purple but I guess they don't believe in first impression. I was so dissapointed. I had hinted to my husband that I wanted flowers for valentines day. He asked for my work address early on in the week and so I had an expectation. I listened for the door thinking, Is that them? Are those flowers for me? I left work and was so dissapointed thinking that he forgot. But he didn't. False advertising!!!!!!! Business sent out a marketing email mentioning a $19.95 deal for 1 dozen roses, the only catch is that it must be delivered before February 1st. No other options or flower arrangements are mentioned in the email, only the 1 dozen rose bouquet. I went to their website and select a 2 dozen rose bouquet for $37 to be delivered on Feb14th. Fallons failed to deliver my Valentine's Day bouquet from my husband TWO YEARS IN A ROW. If you want dependable service, I would look elsewhere.
