Hands down, FPCGV IS the best vet clinic! I first used the clinic when my older dog passed away and needed afterlife services; this was in October 2019. I was not a client at the time, but the staff was beyond kind and compassionate, didn't rush when I wanted to say my final goodbyes, and handled her with the utmost care. I was very happy with my last minute appt I scheduled for my cat! I called several vets on Friday for an appt the next day so I knew it would be hard to get in! But luckily this clinic had an opening the next day and we had a very quick appt with Dr Thompson! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable with my cats issues and I felt very confident leaving! I will definitely be returning here with any future appts!

My buddy Tobias was under the care of Family Pet Clinic since I moved to Grapevine 5 years ago. They always took such good care of him and I trusted him with my best friend. Recently he developed hip problems, which is pretty common in large breed dogs. I was out of town and noticed this upon picking him up from dog care. This was our first visit for our 5 month old kitten, Lily. The service was amazing. They came to the car and got her, took her inside and the dr called me in less than ten minutes and said she did great. They brought her right back to me and we were on our way. I highly recommend this office.

Since my last review I went back for an annual for my schnoodle, a shot booster for my golden retriever and good old Kharlie cakes was once again due for her annual shots. I think that obnoxious male vet no longer works there so that brought this review up. Dr Elizabeth Thompson was the one who checked over Kharlie and she did mention the mass but didn't act all crazy about it and we agreed to keep an eye on it. We love Dr Thompson and her staff. They have a great selection of the dog food Ozzie eats. Will be glad when the clinic opens back up for in-person visit.

The sweetest staff! My puppy and I love it here they make him feel so comfortable! I'd recommend them to anyone in the area it's so hard to find a good vet!
