I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door to checkin. Front desk very polite and completed my paperwork fast. I was sent to lab and Crystal Hodge very polite and explained to me as to what would be done first. Once completed she was very efficient with the paperwork. Front desk stated have a good day & congratulations on new jobÂ
The doctor came into the exam room but didn’t really discuss any of my symptoms. Although I reported I thought I had a cold and my son had been diagnosed with strep throat the previous week, the doctor announced I had allergies that had led to my eye infection and wrote a script for an antihistamine and an eye ointment. I would have preferred eye drops. But was not given that option. The eye ointment is very messy and burns and itches, a problem I have not had with eye drops. Great customer service, provider was very helpful and detailed of results and medications, Excellent Medical Assistant/Nurse that took time to make sure I was comfortable and went over and beyond to make sure attended to all my needs!Â
