Went a drug screen and the wait time was ridiculous
Doctor was rude and unprofessional didn’t wanna hear what I had to say. Wanted to talk about other conditions then I came in for.
I came for the second time for the same issue, the issue was resolved and referred to someone else , but the staff behind the counter after being checked in was extremely rude . I wasn’t able to get her name but she made a very rude comment As my fiancé was passing by . She said “ if adults knew how to talk and be like adults people wouldn’t be having extra people wanting to be in the back … ect ”. Front desk very rude and did not check me in until after 6 other people even though i arrived first
I to Fast Pace because I have a upper respiratory infection and was wanting an antibiotic to help me recover. I had a virus over Christmas and what seems to happen every time is I end up with an upper respiratory infection. I explained that I got the virus from my young granddaughter and that her dad had it as and they both were tested for the flu, Covid and RSV and were negative for all of them. I had symptoms of any of these yet I was tested for all three and was negative for all. When I saw the doctor, she told me that sh... read more
Once I got to an exam room after an hour wait it was very professional. Making an appointment online meant nothing
If I have to complain it would be because my prescription was not sent to my pharmacy. On the other hand everyone was extremely busy. I think the front desk could use some extra help. Maybe a tablet of some sort would be easier to use to check in instead of a phone. Also I went around the world to get there starting in Bolivar then Oakland and ending up in Bartlett. All that on top of being sick. I know most prescriptions are sent on line but I would have been in a mess if I got back to my pharmacy and it closed before I cou... read more
