It was a great first time experience @ fast pace!! The MA was very sweet & made us feel comfortable. The wait no longer than 5mins. The Nurse practitioner had amazing bedside manner!!! Great for our PCP wishful thinking!! We will return….Mekeikih Johnson was Kailey’s NP Bartlett location

The receptionist, Success, went out of her to help me ck in, I was in pain, frustrated, and didn’t have my glasses. She took care of everything and I was very grateful. The nurse and nurse practitioner both were top notch.

The nurse and Mary, the nurse practitioner were so helpful. Mary was very caring and had a pleasant bedside manner. She was very concerned about my elevated blood pressure and was helpful with making recommendations. I appreciated this because it was a rare occurrence for me to experience such high blood pressure. She helped me feel a little less anxious and referred me for additional observation/tests.
